How It Works

You join the syndicate list as a prospective investor. Must be an accredited investor — no commitment or requirement to invest.

Kaustubh finds & vets small business deals. When he likes a deal enough to invest personally, he shares it with the syndicate list.

You decide whether to invest alongside him on a deal-by-deal basis. The sponsor earns a carry fee if the deal performs well.
